Frankie- Hello Emma, so do you know why you are here? 

Emma- err yesss…

Frankie- do you think this is appropriate behaviour for school?

Emma- I suppose not, but I didn’t mean for it to happen.

Frankie- See. You know. I know. So why did you do it? Just pure, mindless, teenage, vandalism?

Emma- Err…. *shrugs*

Frankie- Right. Well this is what I was talking about. Your attitude Emma is just disgraceful.

Emma- you told me to come after school to clean up my mess.

Frankie- Good, because it stank!

Emma- I’m sorry it just slipped out.

Frankie- And why was it that colour?            

Emma- It had been in there for a while.

Frankie- That’s disgusting!!!   

Emma- Chill out it was only a sandwich.

Frankie- Okay clean up your mess and then you are free to leave. Please reframe yourself from this in the future.
