You need to really concentrate on the key props such as the newspaper - get help with this from andy paul and make sure that the newspaper is really authentic, otherwise it will look terrible and destroy your film. You have a lot here for 2 mins - it will be interesting to see how it pans out.
As i said, experiment with the scenes where things fall out of the cupboard and blog these experiments on a short film that you can then embed.
Good. Somewhere you need to re write the plot for the opening as it is very different to the initial idea.
