Emma-Three Thriller Titles -research-

When a  stranger calls
The sequence begins with a black screen,
The name of the production company slowly appears in the corner of the screen fading from left to right.
The writing continues to appear like this throughout the whole title sequence,
Dialogue is heard and the black screen becomes moving images. After 2 minutes and 65 seconds the title is seen, it appears in the same way as the credits and is in a simple, strong font which is easily eligible which doesn’t completely match with the funfair in the background suggesting there is something wrong in the narrative yet to come. Apart from a flash across the title which highlights the words and makes the viewer focus the background and sound stay the same as they were before and while the title is on screen.

Red Eye.
During this title sequence the words appear quickly, before any of the narrative of dialogue has been seen. The words flash up, one after another in the same positions and white lettering suggesting an order or organised feel to the movie, it could be set in an area or building that has high amounts of security and order. The title is seen at 40 seconds into the sequence, by using the colour red the creators give many connotations surrounding death or threat.

The Quiet-
After we get a brief introduction to the main characters personality the screen goes from a moving image to black with little white lettering in the centre of the screen. The lettering is artistically designed which could reflect the characters creativeness or the school environment surrounding her.
